1. Call us at any time

 

We’re available by phone to help you.

 

2. Deactivate your card

 

An epay® representative will deactivate your lost or stolen card immediately. In the event your card was stolen, this may help prevent fraud.

 

If you are abroad a Visa® representative will deactivate your lost or stolen credit or debit card and then notify epay® immediately.

 

3. Get a new card

 

epay® will work with you to replace your card and ship it to you within 24 to 72 hours.

 

Get emergency cash and a replacement card

 

When you are traveling, Visa® will help. Visa® will block your card (if the card number is known) and connect you with epay®. Then, following epay®’s approval, you can also get an emergency card replacement within one to three business days. * Alternatively we can arrange for cash to be available at a location near you, usually within hours of epay®’s approval.
